Storytelling and other creative disciplines are not what they used to be. Some would say that creativity is advancing and becoming more than it was, while others may be concerned that we are in a state of regression, becoming less creative. In the age of AI, it seems easy to polarise opinion. However, the reality is much more nuanced, and the possible futures offer opportunities to anyone bold enough to go where no creative has gone before.
In this session, Klaus Sommer Paulsen, CEO & Founder of AdventureLAB.studio, keynote speaker and author of Integrated Storytellng by Design, published in its 2nd Editiion this summer, explores the many levels that new storytelling principles and disciplines thrive and make a difference, not driven by AI, not enhanced by AI, bit in a context that includes technology as well as the human factors.
We will dive into how the relationship between the creator, the story, and the audience has irreversibly changed, why friction can be the key to better creative work, how new principles of leadership through Integrated Storytelling strengthen the team from within and how audience-centric journeys are changing the world of dynamic narratives. When we are deepest down in the rabbit hole, we will take a sneak peek at what some of the next chapters in the tale of storytelling and the creative industries may hold, and what will drive us forward as architects of the authentic human narrative.
Resistance to mere assimilation is not futile.
